TENNIS 

The tennis section has approximately 40 members, with about a 60/40 split with men and women. It's a very social club with lots of fun social Saturday afternoons and in-house social tournaments. We have 4 courts and a clubhouse that has a pub. When we meet on Saturday afternoons all 4 courts are in action so there's generally a very good turnout each week with a variety of tennis strengths, from the part time players to our 1st team guys and ladies, so one will find tennis that suits everyone's strength. We have league teams entered in the various leagues, women's, men's, mixed and veterans leagues and our top sides have been very successful over the past few years.
 
Our ladies 1st and our mixed 1st side play in the premier division and our men's 1st side play in the 1st division, this is where the serious tennis is played! The rest of our league teams enjoy a fair amount of success but at the same time enjoy a very sociable league season playing against other clubs. Our resident coach is the well known Eddie Macdonald he is able to offer personal 1-ON-1 top grade coaching.
